The second part of an article I wrote on READING in EFL has just been published by APPI, in its Journal (Year 12, NO. 2, Autumn Issue 2012). The first part (The APPI Journal NO.1, Spring Issue, 2012 pp. 17-22) was published last year and just like the documents mentioned in this second part, everything is available here.
