A week later, on the 6th May, off we went to Louriçal where we visited the convent, several other churches and a local bakery. We finally had a gorgeous lunch at a nice place called "Fonte da Pedra" - worth spending a day there, grilling meat and having a picnic ;)
Enjoy the pictures of a pleasant day with ANSC 2!!!
About Me
- Teacher Alex
- Portugal
- I am from Coimbra, Portugal, and am currently teaching in a school in Soure, about 30 km away from Coimbra. I have been a teacher of English for over 20 years and have already taught different levels and age groups. After all this time I can say I love working with adult groups because there are no coursebooks and I can create my own resources. I am an avid reader, a blogger and very curious about free tools and their implementation in the classroom.

Always busy, active and lively!! Well done, Alexandra
She could have gone to make a brief visit.
The Louriçal reamente has much history.
Too bad I do not always like to go there ....

Wow, those were busy weeks... Loved the photos, that seems to be a good place for some holidays!
It was a surprise to know that the nuns opened their doors to you - what a privilege!
Hope you have enjoyed all the places in Louriçal.
