YES!
On the 5th March we are heading to Lisbon to visit Expolingua Portugal which has promoted, since 1989, the importance of language study and multicultural knowledge.
Alongside the Fair, that gathers exhibitors from different educational and cultural entities, there will be a Cultural Programme featuring theatre ("THE FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE" by INTERACTING), cinema, conferences and workshops. Expolingua attracts annually thousands of visitors who attend the event looking for the most recent developments in all areas connected to language teaching. Admittance is free.
So, besides the theatre performance there are some other activities prepared for you (teens and adults as well). Be ready!!!

Language serves a number of functions in the lives of human beings: allows us to do business, to formulate and express our convictions and beliefs; provides people with access to cultures; and, perhaps most important, languages are important to people’s sense of who they are. So, I think that Expolingua is an incredible opportunity to understand the importance of language, moreover in a global world. I hope you enjoy it!
Congratulations for your blog, Alexandra!
